Die Aufklärung über die Durchführbarkeit, Sinnhaftigkeit und Limitationen körperlicher und sportlicher Aktivität sollte deshalb elementarer Bestandteil der Schwangerenberatung sein. Selbst im 3. Aufgrund der Vielschichtigkeit der Datenlage, vor allem aber im Hinblick auf die klinische Relevanz einer körperlichen bzw. Bei den Teilnehmerinnen bestand keine körperliche oder geburtshilfliche Komplikation, die zu einem verminderten Aktivitätslevel führte. Als Erhebungsinstrument wurde ein vollstandardisierter und etablierter Paper-Pencil-Fragebogen Pregnancy Physical Activity Questionnaire [PPAQ] 24 mit 47 Items eingesetzt, mit dem neben allgemeinen Angaben zur Person und zur Schwangerschaft vor allem das Aktivitätsverhalten der Teilnehmerinnen während der Schwangerschaft erfasst wurde.

Der Fragebogen basiert auf dem Prinzip der Selbstauskunft, berücksichtigt die Komplexität bzw. Er erfasst neben allgemeinen Fragen zur Schwangerschaft auch Fragen zum sozialen Hintergrund und dem Bildungsniveau der Schwangeren.

Die Einheit MET Metabolic Equivalent of Task wird in der Sportmedizin benutzt, um einen metabolischen Zustand und somit den Energieverbrauch zu beschreiben. Sitzen, Tragen unterschieden und in jeweils bis zu 16 Detailfragen erfasst. Die Datenauswertung erfolgte mithilfe des Programms IBM SPSS Statistics für Windows Version Dagegen wurde für Unterschiedsvergleiche zwischen lediglich 2 Gruppen mit intervallskalierten Variablen der t-Test für unabhängige Stichproben verwendet.

Lediglich 30 befragte Schwangere gaben an, auch Aktivitäten mit einer starken Intensität nachzugehen. Unterteilt man diese Gesamtaktivität entsprechend der Befragungszeitpunkte in die 3 Trimena, gaben die Schwangeren im 2.

Trimenon den höchsten energetischen Gesamtverbrauch an. Trimenon der 83 schwangeren Teinehmerinnen. Um herauszuarbeiten, ob sich das subjektiv empfundene Informationslevel der Teilnehmerinnen in einer vermehrten körperlichen Aktivität widerspiegelt, wurde der Zusammenhang zwischen den 4 Abstufungen sehr gut, gut, zufriedenstellend und ungenügend informiert und dem körperlichen Aktivitätsverhalten mittels Varianzanalyse untersucht. Auch wenn keine allgemeingültigen Empfehlungen im Hinblick auf die Dauer, die Intensität und den Zeitpunkt körperlicher Aktivität in der Schwangerschaft existieren, werden die positiven Effekte auf Mutter und Kind zunehmend erkannt und den Schwangeren vermittelt.

Allerdings gab nur knapp die Hälfte der Befragten an, von ihrem Gynäkologen oder Hausarzt zu diesem Thema beraten worden zu sein. Entin und Munhall begründen die mangelnde Informationsweitergabe zum Thema Sport in der Schwangerschaft vonseiten des Fachpersonals mit eigenem Informationsmangel. Hierdurch wird trotz vorhandener positiver Daten über Krafttraining in der Schwangerschaft primär Ausdauertraining empfohlen und von Krafttraining abgeraten Trimenon weniger bis keinen Sport treiben und die Möglichkeiten von Sport im Sinne einer Primär- und Tertiärprävention nicht vollständig nutzen.

Erwachsene sollten nach der WHO-Empfehlung pro Woche Minuten moderater oder 75 Minuten intensiver körperlicher Aktivität nachgehen, wobei die Aktivitäts-Benchmark bei MET-Minuten liegt. Die Autoren beschreiben hier, dass im 1.

Doch selbst unter kontrollierten Bedingungen scheinen viele Schwangere nicht bereit zu sein, an entsprechenden Übungen teilzunehmen. Hier konnte das Studienziel zwar nicht erreicht werden, allerdings stellte sich neben positiven Effekten auf das Risiko der Entwicklung eines Gestationsdiabetes und arteriellen Hypertonus heraus, dass nur gut die Hälfte der schwangeren Teilnehmerinnen im Interventionsarm tatsächlich die Aktivitätsvorgaben des Protokolls erfüllten.

Speziell der Zeitraum einer Schwangerschaft wird jedoch weiterhin als besonders wertvoll für eine Veränderung des Aktivitätsverhaltens eingeschätzt, da die Frauen in dieser Phase meist hoch motiviert sind, Veränderungen in ihrem Verhalten zu vollziehen Frauen sind gleichzeitig ein Vorbild für ihr Neugeborenes und können ihre ganze Familie positiv beeinflussen.

Somit können schwangere Frauen grundsätzlich eine Schlüsselfunktion bei der Förderung der individuellen, familiären und gemeinschaftlichen Gesundheit erfüllen. Die Befragung wurde über die Sommermonate Mai bis Juli durchgeführt. Die kleine Stichprobe limitiert die Interpretation der Ergebnisse. Zudem entspricht die hier untersuchte Kohorte Schwangeren, die im Rahmen der Pränataldiagnostik am UKSH, Campus Kiel, untersucht wurden. Im Hinblick auf die körperliche Aktivität bestand jedoch keine Limitation durch geburtshilfliche Komplikationen.

Neben dem rein subjektiv eingeschätzten Informationsgrad bietet die vorliegende Studie die Stärke, mithilfe eines standardisierten Fragebogens das tatsächliche Aktivitätslevel der Schwangeren über einen definierten Zeitraum unter Berücksichtigung des Schwangerschaftsalters objektivieren zu können. Hier zeigt sich, dass der wöchentliche Energieaufwand durch körperliche Freizeitaktivität etwa ein Fünftel des wöchentlichen Gesamtverbrauchs nicht übersteigt und damit die Bedeutung des Sports im Hinblick auf den Gesamtenergiehaushalt nicht überinterpretiert werden darf.

Der ärztliche Kontakt erscheint essenziell für die Beratung der Schwangeren über die Möglichkeit und Sinnhaftigkeit körperlicher Aktivität und sollte zur Verbesserung und Förderung des Aktivitätsverhaltens in der Schwangerschaft genutzt werden. Die Umsetzung von Trainingsempfehlungen und eine weitere Standardisierung der moderaten Sport- und Bewegungstherapie in der Schwangerschaft können nur durch eine produktive Zusammenarbeit aller in der medizinischen und therapeutischen Betreuung tätigen Personen erfolgreich sein und sollten das gemeinsame Ziel im Sinne der werdenden Mütter sein.

Klinische Interventionsstudien können Fragestellungen in medizinischen Teilbereichen beantworten und werden in verschiedenen Zentren aufgelegt. Zudem werden zunehmend spezielle Sportkurse für Schwangere und Wöchnerinnen angeboten, die sowohl den notwendigen sozialen Freiraum als auch eine professionelle Beaufsichtigung und somit Schutz der Schwangeren vor etwaigen Überforderungen bieten können.
